Wine Biscuits

Wine biscuits have been a favorite since the 1930s. Back then they would keep flour dry by storing it in empty wine barrels, hence the name.

My biscuits are made with a fine red wine, and a taste sweet enough to satisfy a sweet tooth.

The wine biscuits can be frozen up to 4 months.
